- Free delivery is offered for our member who orders $100 net and above (after discounts have been applied)
- Orders for member who below $100.00 or non-member will be charged an additional S$7.00 delivery fee.
- Ordered item(s) will be delivered within 4 – 5 working days (excluding Weekends & Public Holidays) from the date of purchase
- When your orders are out for delivery, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number from us, and you can use it to track your delivery.
- Delivery timing is Monday to Sunday, 9am – 8pm, and is carried out by our appointed courier.
- If your delivery has not been made within the ime, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your Tracking Number.
- Please visit our E-store at www.qoo10.sg/shop/beulife if your shipping address is outside Singapore.
We will send you a confirmation email once your order is ready to collect.

- We shall inform if we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date or if the product purchased is out of stock. We shall not be liable for any costs and damages arising after receipt of product.
- We may not be able to deliver to some restricted zones in Singapore as well as P.O. Box addresses. For such cases, we will contact you and arrange for delivery to an alternative delivery address.
- We only deliver to one delivery address per order. Any request for redeliveries, change of addresses, night delivery (till 8pm latest) & delivery on weekends & public holidays will be incur any additional charges.
- The Customer is required to sign and acknowledge receipt of the delivery.
